A diverse range of study options for international students

Australia has the third largest international student population in the world, after the US and the UK. The university degrees obtained at one of the Australian universities are recognized all over the world. In addition to this, the Australian Higher Education System is controlled by the Australian Federal Government, which means that the Australian Government supervises all Australian universities each year to persuade them to maintain high standards. This adds to the safety of any student who chooses Australia as a destination for completing their studies.
Australian Universities offer a variety of courses, making it easy for the students to find a suitable course for themsleves. Many Australian students find Australian universities courses that offer something unique, rarely found in other locations, such as creativity, innovation and the tendency to encourage independent analytical thinking. This inspires and refreshes the talents of many international students. One important thing to consider is that a qualification obtained in Australia makes a student more eligible to being chosen by employers. Some employers choose to directly recruit from future Australian universities and colleges. The main reason is that Australian universities are working to develop the courses offered along with the industry-specific course, balancing theory and practice to prepare the student for their chosen career.
University professors meet with leaders from specific industries to revise their curriculum and add new courses with relevant content for their students, preparing them for a job in the industry they chose to practice.

After I’ve decided in the last seconds that I want to study in Great Britain, with the help of my counsellor, I managed to open the way to my own dream. My first week spent at Birmingham City University has been dedicated to international students and all the activities I’ve been involved in taught me that friendships can be created regardless of your native language, religion or colour. I met hundreds of students and now I have friends from all over the world. Being an international student is a way to develop my personal skills and integrate better into society.
I am really enjoying my student life here, the professors are very open and willing to help and so are my colleagues. KEA was certainly the perfect decision for me and Denmark as well. Before I got there, I was worried about all the necessary documents and procedures, but I was surprised how easy everything was in the end. All the university representatives are smiling and help you no matter what, and if you experience difficulties, everything is quickly solved.
It might seem impossible to become a student in the UK, but if you’re surrounded by lovely people that are willing to support you, then it’s easier than it seems. Besides my family, my EDMUNDO counsellor helped me a lot in achieving my goal, and every time I needed a piece of advice regarding the application, she knew what to tell me. Her willingness to help students like me, makes me now so grateful and so happy, because I’m aware that without her support I wouldn’t have been here.
